Marc was looking to reduce monthly expenses after his merchandising agency suffered substantial losses due to Covid.
The first thing we did was review his bills. Marc was paying for more internet bandwidth than he needed, so we helped him downgrade his service and saved him hundreds of dollars a month. Marc also didn’t feel he needed desk phones; he was more comfortable leveraging his cell phone and loading our mobile app on his cell with all the features and functionality of a desk phone, including voicemail and auto attendant.
We also addressed the issues he was having with his remote workers not having phones. So instead of desk phones, we gave his workers the app on their cell phones, at half the cost of having a desk phone or a VoIP phone.
We solved all of Marc’s voice and data problems while also cutting his monthly bills in half.
